BGM PRO Racetour 195–225 cc intake manifold – 30 mm connection – for PHBL 24/25/26 carburetors

The BGM PRO intake manifold has been specifically developed for the BGM PRO Racetour cylinder kit. Of course, it can also be used with all other cylinders featuring direct intake/piston-controlled induction.

It was developed to allow the fitment of a larger carburetor while keeping it positioned almost like the original. This ensures the maximum possible clearance from the side cover, allowing the larger carburetor to perfectly match the BGM airbox (BGM4488). As a result, the near-original appearance is maintained despite the significant increase in performance.

The CAD-designed intake manifold is machined from solid billet material. The intake manifold is suitable for connection rubbers with a 60 mm bolt spacing. We use and recommend the connection rubbers from Mark Broadhurst (MB). They are available in two different diameters, suitable for carburetors with cross-sections of Ø24–25 mm and Ø28–30 mm.

The intake manifold inlet section matches that of the BGM PRO RT cylinder kit, so no additional adjustment is required.

• Dellorto PHBL
• Mikuni TM24
• Carburetor with a Ø30 mm connection diameter

All parts required for installation are included in the delivery.

Note: use cylinder covers without the air intake, or remove the air intake from the cover.
