Scooter The Fero ("STF") shipments are made via GLS, Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE), FedEx, UPS, and SDA. Unless otherwise requested in writing in the order notes (with any additional costs borne by the customer), shipments are not insured.

Estimated shipping costs

Tracking and notifications

Shipping service includes tracking number.
When the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from the courier with the tracking link and delivery time.

Dangerous goods

Lubricants, batteries and other products classified as hazardous can only be shipped overland and only to EU countries.

Bulk shipments

Orders with weight or weight-to-volume ratio greater than 25 kg may require an additional charge over what is listed online.

We ship directly to: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Northern Ireland, the Netherlands, and Spain.

Description

The engine block is micro-shot peened with glass spheres, converted to a 200 crankcase and painted with a transparent high-temperature polish to close the porosity of the aluminium.

During the conversion process, a welding template is inserted to simulate the bearings and all the critical areas in order to avoid any possible deformation.

Furthermore, the template will increase the mass to 35 kg in order to make the cooling very slow and therefore avoid any tension.

For uniform aesthetics we recommend micro-peening with glass spheres and painting the crankcase cover and scroll with transparent luco at high temperatures.
