SHIPPING AND PACKAGING COSTS
Scooter The Fero ("STF") shipments are made via GLS, Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE), FedEx, UPS, and SDA.
Unless otherwise requested in writing in the order notes (with any additional costs borne by the customer), shipments are not insured.
Estimated shipping costs
Add products to cart at www.scooterthefero.com: the system will automatically calculate the charges based on the selected products and delivery address.
For unsupported destinations or bulky shipments, write to info@scooterthefero.com for a customized quote.
Tracking and notifications
Shipping service includes tracking number.
When the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from the courier with the tracking link and delivery time.

Dangerous goods
Lubricants, batteries and other products classified as hazardous can only be shipped overland and only to EU countries.
Bulk shipments
Orders with weight or weight-to-volume ratio greater than 25 kg may require an additional charge over what is listed online.

We ship directly to: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Northern Ireland, the Netherlands, and Spain.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Any additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, absences, inventory, or returns are the responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is free.
